ARE MONA BRANDS DEODORANTS MADE WITH ALUMINUM?
No. Mona Brands Deodorant is made without aluminum. We pride ourselves by using natural ingredients.
WHAT IF I WANT A NATURAL DEODORANT WITHOUT BAKING SODA?
Mona Brands also formulated deodorants for those who are sensitive to baking soda. Our Zinc + Magnesium Deodorant does not contain baking soda and comes unscented or with fragrance (orange, jasmine, rose, and lavender).
IS THERE A DETOX PERIOD AFTER MAKING THE SWITCH TO MONA BRANDS DEODORANT?
Everyone is different after making the switch to natural deodorant, but after switching to Mona Brands Deodorant your body won't be succumbed to harsh chemicals like aluminum.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MONA BRANDS STICKS AND JARS?
Use our jars if you prefer a manual application. This will give you a more direct way to apply deodorant and allows you to apply a little extra or a little less (depending on how much you sweat!).
Our stick is the more traditional application process. Just apply our stick under your arm and swipe. This application is more suitable for fast application in the morning before a busy day, or on the go use.
Whichever application you prefer will neutralize your body odor and keep you smelling fresh all day long.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ESSENCE DEODORANT AND SENSITIVE SKIN FORMULATIONS?
While both formulas are made with a blend of essential oils, our Essence Deodorant is made with Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate) and our Sensitive Skin Deodorant is made without Baking Soda.
Both style deodorants are still equally as powerful in neutralizing odor. At Mona Brands we understand different people have different needs and sensitivities, which is why we give the option of different products.

WHAT IS "NATURAL FRAGRANCE"?
Mona Brands doesn't use any synthetic fragrance during the production of our deodorants. We use mixtures of plant-based essential oils.
DOES MONA BRANDS OFFER ANY TRAVEL SIZED PRODUCTS?
Yes, right now Mona Brands are offering travel sized products for our jars (1.0 OZ) and deodorant (0.53 OZ).
WHERE SHOULD I STORE MONA BRANDS PRODUCTS?
Our products should not be exposed to temperatures warmer that 100°F. If exposed, our products can melt or soften. If you store a melted product in cool and dry place, it will solidify and might be able to use it again.
Try to keep our products out of direct sunlight or sitting in a hot mailbox. Please contact info@monabrands.com if you experience any issue or have any shipping concerns during hot weather. Please refer to our refund policies as well.
ARE MONA BRANDS PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH NUT OR OTHER ALLERGIES
Our products may include ingredients that you are allergic to. You should always check the ingredients in any of our Product to avoid potential allergic reactions. If you have or suspect that you are experiencing an allergic reaction or other adverse health event, promptly contact your health care provider.
ARE MONA BRANDS PRODUCTS DRUG OR MEDICINE?
Our products are not drug or medicine. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The statements on our products have not been evaluated the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
ARE MONA BRANDS PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PETS?
Our products are not recommended for Pets.
ARE MONA BRANDS PRODUCTS SAFE IF I AM PREGNANT OR NURSING?
Most of our products are made with safe and natural ingredients (mostly plant-based) with no harsh chemicals. But, please consult with health care provider prior to using our products.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP NOW?
Currently we ship to all 50 states of United States, District of Columbia, and US Military and Diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO locations). Unfortunately, currently we do not ship to US territories and any foreign country.
DO YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. Please contact us at info@monabrands.com for any questions.
WHERE IS MONA BRANDS LOCATED?
We are located in Taunton, Massachusetts.
CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT FROM OTHER SOURCE OR WEBSITES?
At this time, we only sell our products online on this website (https://www.monabrands.com), Amazon (https://www.amazon.com), and through some retailers with physical locations. Please check our website for the complete list. Our products should not be used for resale without the approval from us.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number of items ordered, as well as the shipping destination. Occasionally, we offer discounts on shipping rates. Our free shipping offer is for U.S. only (certain restrictions on shipping rate, order quantity, and shipping location may apply).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All of our products are handcrafted here in the United States! While we target to ship our products within 2-3 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be packaged and shipped from the date of your order has been placed. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Services (USPS), and you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our facility. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after 6-7 days, contact info@monabrands.com.
Please note that Mona Brands does not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as well as federal holidays.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We work hard to ensure every product is up to our standards. If you don't love your first order from Mona Brands, let us know so we can help you return or exchange your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund -we are here to ensure you're satisfied!
