SHIPPING AND ORDERING INFORMATION:

WHERE DO YOU SHIP NOW?
Currently we ship to all 50 states of United States, District of Columbia, and US Military and Diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO locations). Unfortunately, currently we do not ship to US territories and any foreign country.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time. Please contact us at info@monabrands.com for any questions.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
All orders are normally shipped by the United States Postal Services (USPS). The shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on the number of items ordered, total weight and dimension of the package, and the shipping destination. You will have the opportunity to select USPS shipping method during your online order on our website.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All our products are handcrafted here in the United States! While we target to ship our products within 2-3 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be packaged and shipped from the date of your order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order leaves our facility. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after 6-7 days, contact info@monabrands.com.
Please note that Mona Brands does not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as well as federal holidays.

HOW LONG WILL IT GET MY PACKAGE?
We generally ship via USPS. Please check out USPS website for the most recent update on the delivery time for the type of shipping services you have selected for your online order.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESS?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Box address when you select USPS shipping method during ordering

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping on orders $25 or more applies only to orders delivered within the United States and the USPS standard ground delivery method is being used. The $25 threshold must be met after applicable promotions and discounts (if any) have been applied. Free shipping is not calculated based on the value of the items in the cart. The state sales tax (if any) does not apply toward the $25 threshold value. Offer subject to change or expire without notice.

WHAT I NEED TO DO FOR ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGES?
We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please email us at info@monabrands.com with the order id number.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Sorry, we do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. You’ll need to create a new order if you’d like to ship to more than one address.
